My mSecure for Windows does not have an option to backup .msim files that I sent via e-mail. The version I have installed is the last one available in the site. How to proceed?

I've installed the application and it appears that the software supports Backup/Restore and Sync operation. This means you have to do this manually by backing up the database to MSIm and then email it directly to your email address.

There is also a SYNC function, but it can't be activated no matter the settings I configure.
